Exchanges

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your items, you have a period of 14 non-working days from the receipt of your order to send or deliver them to our facilities (subject to prior appointment and availability).

To initiate the exchange process, it is mandatory to fill out the exchange form available at: Yours Market Return Form and wait for a response from our team via email with the next steps.

Note: Always make sure that the items you want to exchange are available on our website.

We remind you that the items must meet certain conditions, namely:

  • The item must be in perfect condition, without marks of use or visible damage;
  • Ensure that the item has the original tag and, if applicable, the brand’s accessories;
  • Include the original bag/box, where the label with your shipping details is located. If you do not have it, it is mandatory to include inside the bag an indication of your name and order number (for example: Name Surname #00000);
  • The recipient of the order must be “MARCO CUNHA – YOURS MARKET”.

As soon as your order is at our facilities, we will start the exchange process as quickly as possible, via email.

We remind you that, after the process validation via email and the authorization of the refund (if applicable), the amount may take a few days to be credited to the target bank account, due to issues beyond Yours Market. The maximum period for the refund is up to 14 working days.

Please note that only the value of the returned items (if applicable) will be refunded. The shipping costs of your order, including the costs of shipping to our facilities (if applicable), will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as if the item sent is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.
